The GITAI Artificial Intelligence Technology has been implemented for breast cancer screening mammography at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. All mammography reports from Cancer Institute’s Mammography center are generated using this system.
According to a presentation at ECR 2024 on March 1, an GITAI improves breast cancer detection metrics for junior radiologists. Presenter Mehran Arab Ahmadi, MD, from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran, suggested that the study results could enhance the efficiency of a bustling radiology department.
